Frank Mba is a Nigerian police officer and legal practitioner. He is the current Commissioner of Police for Ogun State following his appointment by the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba.
Mba previously served as the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), and his eloquence distinguished him from all other Public Relations Officers of the force. Frank was the 24th Force PRO of Nigeria Police since its inception.
Early Life and Education
Nothing is revealed about his early background. After his elementary and secondary education, Fran Mba proceeded to the Nigeria Police Academy, Kano.
After he graduated from the Academy, he headed to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) to study Law, and he was called to the Nigerian Bar.
Later, he proceeded to the University of Dundee, Scotland to bag a Master’s Degree in Law.
Furthermore, Frank Mba moved to Harvard University, USA, for National and International Security certification.

Frank Mba in his career with the Nigerian Police Force, has served as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in 1999.
In 2003, he served as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). In early 2006, he became the Superintendent of Police (SP).
In 2021, he served as Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP). He also served as Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP).
In 2019, became the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP).
In 2020 he served as Commissioner of Police (CP).
