Crayon, whose real name is Charles Chibueze Chukwu, is a 21-year-old Nigerian Afropop singer and songwriter.
Crayon, an Ebonyi State native, was born in Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria, on November 21, 2000, and is presently signed to Blowtime Entertainment, a Mavins Record label.
Early Life and Education
Charles Chibueze Chukwu popularly known as Crayon, was born on November 21, 2000.
Charles Chibueze Chukwu originally hails from Ebonyi state but grew up in Iba area in Lagos State.
Crayon obtained elementary education and secondary education in Iba area in Lagos State. Much is not known about crayon educational life.
Crayon Career
Crayon began his musical journey in 2008, and while honing his craft, he met record producer Ozedikus, who produced Rema’s “Corny” and other songs by the debut artist.
On May 25, 2019, Crayon was discovered by Baby Fresh, a Mavin Records producer who spotted the singer’s potential and instantly signed him to his record company “BlowTime Entertainment,” a Mavin Records imprint.
In addition to DNA, Rema, Don Jazzy, and Korede Bello, he was featured on Mavins’ all-stars “All Is In Order” single.
He was also featured by Ladipoe on the hit single “Based On Kpa,” which garnered a lot of radio.
Crayon released his official record “Cray Cray,” a six-track EP album, via Blowtime Entertainment/Mavin Records on July 12, 2019.
Clarence Peter shot and directed a single “So Fine ” from the project video.
