People say it doesn’t exist; no one will like to admit there is a city under the ground, people live everyday in anguish and pain people call it abnormal way of living Baba Fela call it surfing and smiling. I call it a SubCity “THE CITY UNDERGROUNG”
In this sub city life is so hard that there is no government relives no water, no light, no good roads, no drugs in the hospital, teachers strike today, doctors down tools tomorrow, in fact things don’t work. Government dose not have any business with the man on the street, If you must live a normal life in the SubCity you will have to dig a borehole and have your own water corporation, for you to have light your will have to run a personal power station polluting the air around you with the sound and heating up the ozone layer, all your cars must be 4wd jeep for you to be able to pail the roods. A descent living is at the VG city, while you are on your own at the AJ city where the drainage system is the hub for mosquitoes the waste management! Ho don’t even talk about it.
If you don’t have money or enough found, connection in high places? You are at the massy of the Lord; yes, you are lucky to be around.
We can receive any government relive
What did we do to deserve these? That is the cry of the man living in the SubCity.
There came a BatMan who contest the election in the SubCity, during the campaign he promise to make the system work. All hail the BatMan, he worn the election and he became the governor, as he assume power he find out that the local council is to far from the people living in the SubCity, development is not getting to the people in the grassroots, so he decide he is going to make things right but it’s going to take time and a process. Ho! yes a process.
Ask me how he cooks up a change for the SubCity.
He spilt the local council into peaces, the SubCity use to have 20 local governments council so he created 37 additional local council development areas, and development start to spring up in all the council areas.

Almighty presidency, yes; I give Mr. President my honest regard?????? Who seize the cheese of my BatMan for many months telling BatMan to revert to the forma 20 local government area.
You know, what my BatMan was just too stubborn; he kept on with his promise to the people living in the SubCity but BatMan’s government was threatened by lack of founds that he could not fulfill his promise to SubCityan.
