That’s how to live with this kind of things… it’s the same way Nigerians live with PayPal accounts… once they suspend you, it’s gone, you go ahead to create new accounts and stuff…
Anyway, so for creating the account, you’ll need an expert like me to do that for you; especially if you want the account to last really long.
There are lots of tutorials on google that’ll ask you to use VPN to register saying it will not get banned, don’t listen to them… even after using VPN to register, you still get banned anyway… and am sure most of you reading this answer right now have probably used vpn and probably after registration, it still failed.
